Request Referee Number

Referee numbers do not change from year-to-year. If you have forgotten your ref number, please contact referee@ayso678.org and your number will be emailed to you.

To receive a referee number, you must have completed and passed the Basic Referee class and have completed Safe Haven training. Please fill out all of the requested information and click "Send Request."

Youth Referee is for persons less than 19 years of age. Otherwise, please select Adult.

Unless you are transferring your certifications from another Region or re-registering after an extended absence, you should select the "Regional" Badge Level.

Be certain to check your junk/spam directory for your referee number if you haven't received it after 72 hours. We will send an email to the email address you provide once your request has been reviewed and approved.
