Hi there coaches, parents and players,
As an all-volunteer, non-profit organization, we depend on your help to provide a fair, fun and safe environment for our kids. Our Volunteer Program is designed to do just that. There are a variety of ways you can help from field painting to field monitoring and more. And for U10-14 divisions, your volunteer hours count in the standings! Click on the links below or contact your coach for important details on how you can be part of the team!

Here’s What You Need to do to Volunteer on Game Day
- When assigned, report to the information tent 1 hour, 15 minutes before your regular scheduled game. (Teams playing the first game of the day will do field set up; later games will be assigned duties)
- Sign in at the tent (include your coach’s name, age division, and team number). VERY IMPORTANT to get credit.
- The board member on duty will delegate responsibilities, which range from field monitoring to working the Information tent to other game day responsibilities. If there is excess capacity, the first volunteers who sign first based on game times may be released early.
How to Be a Certified Volunteer
To be a Team Parent, Assistant Coach or other volunteer in which you have direct contact with kids, you must register here as a volunteer. When you do so, you will be assigned a Volunteer I.D. Number, which will allow you to take the online Safe Haven course. Safe Haven complies with the Volunteer Protection Act of 1997, which provides certain legal protections for volunteers who have been trained and certified and act in accordance with a written job description. Safe Haven gives volunteers the highest degree of protection available under the law.
After registering, email cvpa@ayso678.org to have your volunteer application approved.
