Use the form below to report your game to the Signal. Please designate one person from your team to submit the report each week.

Scores are not reported for the non-competitive divisions (U5, U6, U7 and U8). For the non-competitive divisions, please do not put scores in the highlight section.

Please make sure you rotate the players highlighted in your game summary so that each player is mentioned at least once during the season. The deadline for reporting weekend scores is Sunday at 9 p.m.

To submit your team's results, please type in the two words below and click "Send". Your information will be recorded in the Region 678 weekly report. Please note that the words are case sensitive.

Note: The Signal prints AYSO soccer results on a space available basis and will make every effort to get the scores in each week, but there is no designated publishing date.
