Please Read: Our Registration Proceedure and Policy has Changed

Open Registration is open for all players without restrictions.
Online registration begins March 17th and continue through June 15th.
School Night Registrations are posted below and flyers will go home to many schools.

To register now, just follow these Five (5) simple steps: Please print this page for easy follow along instructions

1. Register your player(s) and volunteer(s) online at the eAYSO website.
Print one form for each player and volunteer and sign all pages.
Submit online credit card payment through the eAYSO website.
Once you have completed this step. please return here to complete registration.

2. Print our code of conduct and participation form and sign it.

3. Put Player and Volunteer forms (must be signed), signed code of conduct and participation form (and check if not using the credit card in the proper amount made out to AYSO 678) into an envelope and mail to the address below before June 15th 2008.
NOTE: If your child did not play last year (Fall 2007) then you must include a photo copy of their birth certificate or passport.

Be sure to include enough postage for delivery if more than one Player form is included.

4. You will receive a confirmation email within a couple of weeks.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please verify checked your spam folders before contacting us.
NOTE: If the player form does not include an email address then no email confirmation will be sent and you would need to login to eAYSO.org to check on the status of the player´s registration.

To Register at a School

Registration nights will be available on the followng nights and times. To reduce the costs to the schools for providing a facility for our registrations only the following nights will be available. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. Mail-in forms may be requested by emailing registrar@ayso678.org

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available up until May 31st
Less $20 from June 1st - June 30th
Less 50% from July 1st - July 31st
No refunds after August 1st.

NOTE: Refunds must be in writing and mailed to the PO Box listed below or emailed to registrar@ayso678.org and should include the child's full name along with parent name and contact telephone if there are any questions.
