Request Referee Number

Please note that referees will be using the same referee number they had in 2008. If you have forgotten your ref number, please contact referee@ayso678.org and your number will be emailed to you.

To receive a referee number, you must have completed and passed the Basic Referee class. And, have completed Safe Haven training. Please fill out all of the requested information and click "Send Request." Fields with a * are required.

Youth Referee is for persons less than 19 years of age. Otherwise, please select Adult.

Unless you are transferring your certifications from another Region or re-registering after an extended absence, you should select a Badge Level of Regional.
